FAQs
- Why are we switching to Workday?
- With our global footprint expanding, it’s critical that our people systems evolve to match the pace of our business. To this end we’re excited to announce the launch of Workday, Daniels Health’s new platform for managing people, pay, and performance – a powerful Human Resources Information System (HRIS), designed to bring together our processes, from personal data and payroll to expenses and beyond, into one seamless, user-friendly system.
- Workday will become our single system for HR in 2026, providing one source of truth for people and financial data, payroll, talent management, and workforce planning. As we harness the system’s capabilities, it will enable us to simplify our processes and improve data accuracy and insights for smarter, more agile decision-making.
